Five Run Away Together

The Vox Merus brass quintet, comprised of some of the country’s premiere orchestral and ensemble players, have just released a recording of Five Run Away Together, a work by Belfast-based composer Daniel Barkley. The piece was premiered at the ensemble’s Introduction to Brass tour last year, and is one of a series of works based on Enid Blyton’s Famous Five books. The release is not available for streaming online, but can be purchased via iTunes here or Amazon here.
