Greetings to all at JMI as a new academic year gets underway.

Keep up the effort to produce a lively, informative and informed Journal of Music in Ireland. It is needed. And, don’t be put off by the silence! We are out here – reading, listening, and trying to sing a better song as we attempt to educate ourselves and the Ritas and Raymonds in our care.
