Role: To assist the Business Administration Manager with the accurate implementation and management of product and track details for all SME UK owned repertoire into the GRAS and DRA databases for UK and international releases.

Responsibilities:
• Working at the beginning of the release process adding product numbers and barcodes to the Project Memo System
• Assigning ISRC codes to SME UK owned and some third party tracks
• Ensuring label copy information adheres to current business standards and making amendments when necessary
• Entering label copy into the GRAS database for UK owned products in accordance with agreed timelines
• Entering and validating contractual digital clearances via the DRA application
• Ensuring all Sony products released in the UK are correctly registered with MCPS, the Official Charts Company, and PPL
• Entering performer details which do not appear on label copy, as required by PPL
• Resolving track and product queries from the Central RAAS Group team
• Involvement with special projects in accordance with the needs of the many systems which take a downstream feed from GRAS both internally and externally
• Cleaning up back catalogue data as and when required

Person Specifications:
Essential
•Previous experience working with metadata and databases
•Demonstratable administration experience within a busy office environment
•Computer literate (good knowledge of Excel and Word)
•Organised
•Able to communicate effectively face-to-face, by telephone and e-mail
•Ability to tailor communications style to suit audience – interaction with various stakeholders and levels of seniority
•Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• A very good eye for detail
• Reliable and hard working
• Need to be able to work as part of the team
• Passion for music

Preferred
• Experience at a record company or one of the societies such as PPL or MCPS
• Previous employment at music or lifestyle brands
• Business administration qualification
• Experience of using a database
• Label copy experience
