Based within the Learning Enhancement Unit the Learning Enhancement Administration Assistant will be responsible for supporting the effective day-to-day operation of the department in a busy office environment. Duties will include dealing with staff and student enquiries, data entry, taking the minutes of departmental meetings, scheduling of staff development activities and other routine office tasks. The successful candidate will also provide administrative support for the Head of Learning Enhancement for activities relating to the continuing development and support of Learning Enhancement across Trinity Laban. As a cross faculty role the Learning Enhancement Administration Assistant will be required to work at both main sites (KCC and Laban) but will based at the KCC site.
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level, have strong administrative experience, and excellent communication and organisational abilities. Excellent IT skills (knowledge of database packages would be beneficial) and the capability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Experience and knowledge of Higher Education would also be an advantage. You should be an enthusiastic team worker with commitment and reliability.
