Offaly County Council Arts Office is seeking expressions of interest from artists, musicians, filmmakers, drama practitioners, dancers and writers to submit proposals for workshops/performances during Hullabaloo! Offaly’s Children’s Arts Festival 31 Oct – 3 Nov 2018 in Birr, Clara, and Edenderry and libraries across Offaly.

The proposal should be for a short innovative creative experience for children for age ranges up to 12 years (such as 3–5 years, 6–8 years, or 9–12 years).
