Small Grants Programme

Wednesday, 31 December 2014, 5.00pm

The Arts Council has designed this programme to encourage organisations to develop and deliver ideas linked to artistic needs and to their future plans. We want to support activities which benefit the people of Northern Ireland or that help arts organisations in Northern Ireland carry out their work.

Your organisation may have a brand new idea for an artistic project that you need financial support to deliver; you may want to run a programme of creative work in a short period of time; you may require a small grant to support your ongoing work; the Small Grants Programme is flexible to suit a wide range of programmes across all artforms in the community and at professional level.

Through this programme we hope to assist organisations to deliver arts projects which contribute to the growth of arts in the community for new and existing audiences and which reflect the diversity of Northern Ireland’s society and culture.

Before making an application it is essential that you read the Guidance Notes

Who can apply?

If you are a constituted group and you need between £500 and £10,000 to help you to run an arts activity, then the Small Grants Programme supported by the National Lottery Fund could be for you
