Administrator/Assistant Artist Manager
Intermusica seeks an Administrator or Assistant Artist Manager (dependent on experience). This is a newly created role to support the Artist Management department’s burgeoning collection of world-class artists.
Core responsibilities include:
- Diary & schedules
- Contracts & finance
- Travel, Accommodation & Visas
- Marketing & PR
- Departmental support
Candidates should be graduate calibre with an enthusiasm for and a working knowledge of classical music, ideally with at least one years’ experience in the classical industry. To succeed in this role an eye for detail is crucial, as is multi-tasking and prioritising to a high degree in a lively, busy and demanding environment. Problem-solving skills, the ability to apply one’s own initiative and the confidence to stand up for oneself, as well as the artists, are all vital for the role. Candidates must be able to interact with colleagues, artists and promoters worldwide. lntermusica prides itself on its high level of personal service and we would expect the candidate to be able to look after a range of clients and adapt their approach accordingly, build trust and deliver to the highest standard.
