The Head of Artists Affairs and Programming draws up the concert programme for both orchestras to complement the artistic profile of the NedPhO|NKO and within the constraints of audience objectives and available resources. They are the spokesperson for the programme at The National Opera and play a leading role in the development and establishment of all of our other stage performances and media activities. They make arrangements with guest conductors, soloists, directors, composers as well as with performance venues and other working partners.
