Strategy and Evaluation Coordinator

Overall purpose of the job:
To work across the organisation to ensure the coherent delivery of strategic planning and reporting specifically:
- Coordination of systems to compile and collate data and information
- Ensuring all data is accurate
- Coordinating the reporting of and completing the reports for:
- Critical evaluation
- Quarterly business plan reporting
- Annual report and review reporting
- Coordinating the strategic planning processes, including:
- Business planning
- Budget planning
- Corporate planning and annual meeting cycles
- Support the internal communication strategy and ensure the coordination of communications around reporting and planning
- Analyse data and produce regular data reports to enable the organisation to make informed decisions
- To maintain system and data integrity and carry out data analysis as required
- Provide support to Business Support Team when required
