• Interpreting and implementing artist and producer masterfile data from contracts
• Preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly and half yearly royalty accounting to licensees, artists and their producers
• Clearing pending sales errors from Royalty System
• Reviewing royalty statements prior to issue
• Ensuring new product releases are properly set-up and calculating correctly prior to month end
• Processing VAT invoices
• Investigate, compile and present information on royalty reporting inquiries
• Assist in the development and documentation of departmental procedures for current and future royalty approaches
• Assist in the gathering and presentation of the information needed to address audit claims
• Involvement with special projects.

• Music Industry experience
