An opportunity has arisen to join the team at Sage Gateshead in a newly created position, Young People’s Programme General Manager. 

As the successful candidate you will have a proven track record of effective management at a senior level in a learning context. You will work closely with the Director of Creative Learning to develop and deliver ambitious plans for children and young people in coming years. If you have excellent skills and experience in planning, the implementation of strategy, financial management and you can lead and develop a team of programme managers to work to their full potential Sage wants to hear from you. 

Main areas of responsibility will be:

• To provide clear structured management for the Young People’s Programme
• To lead and support a team of Managers to produce high quality creative learning programmes
• To champion excellence and inclusion
• To be part of and contribute to Sage Gateshead’s Senior Management Team
