Choral Scores by Irish Composers

Choral Scores by Irish Composers

Wednesday, 20 March 2019, 11.55pm

Cailíno Music Publishers are currently considering choral music written by Irish composers and arrangers, across all genres, both a cappella and accompanied (e.g. piano, organ, instrumental).

The decision to accept a piece for publication is based heavily on the work’s quality and marketability. With this in mind your score should be created using notation software (e.g. Sibelius or Finale), with a cappella works having an accurate piano reduction. Recordings of submitted works are encouraged but not required.

It is recommended that you send a small number of scores which are representative of your best work. Should Cailíno wish to review more of your music we will, of course, let you know.

Please note that submissions must cite all text and/or music sources for each work, whether Public Domain or not. If any element of your work is under copyright, please provide written proof from the copyright holder(s) that you have permission to use it in your music.

Cailíno will endeavour to respond to submissions within two months of receipt. It is important that any music has not been simultaneously submitted to other publishers whilst under review by Cailíno.

NB: No deadline specified.
