A wide range of community-based projects is delivered by the Snape Maltings Learning & Inclusion team which is entering an exciting period in its development.

Producer; Learning and Inclusion
Permanent, full time, salary up to £21.5k

Snape Maltings is looking for a creative, dynamic and hard-working new member to join its vibrant team. This is a new role which will work collaboratively to devise, design and deliver new and existing music-based work, specifically with and for those who are living in challenging circumstances within the Suffolk.

The ideal candidate will be:

– A creative and dynamic thinker who enjoys working within challenging settings
– A great collaborator and “people person”, who achieves results by developing strong relationships at all levels
– Energetic and positive, with a great sense of humour
– Organised and motivated to deliver projects from start to finish

Closing date: Wednesday 13 June 12noon
1st round interviews: Thursday 21 and Friday 22 June
2nd round Interviews: Wednesday 4 July

Administrator; Learning and Inclusion
Permanent, full time, salary up to £18k

This new role will provide essential office-based admin support for L & I team members who deliver projects and activities locally, regionally and nationally. The L & I team deliver a wide-ranging programme to engage with young people, schools, social justice and care-settings using music and music-based activities to promote inclusion and well-being, specifically for those communities which might otherwise be overlooked.

Closing date: Wednesday 13 June 12noon

2nd round interviews: Wednesday 4 July
