Chamber Choir Ireland with the Chatham Saxophone Quartet
Presented in association with Music Network, this will be an unforgettable concert bringing two stellar ensembles, Chamber Choir Ireland and Chatham Saxophone Quartet together to present a selection of hauntingly beautiful music from all ages in the stunning backdrop of St Peter’s Church of Ireland. The concert will be conducted by renowned British musicologist James Wood, who was awarded the prestigious ECHO Klassik Prize in 2013 for his monumental reconstruction and recording of Gesualdo’s sacred music, which had lain unperformed for over 400 years.
