The Curriculum Leader will be an experienced, dynamic practitioner with a strong background in music education. While managing the college’s dual courses across two different university validations , you will be required to work closely with all departments and teaching staff, and will report directly to the Head of Education. 

The Curriculum Leader will be responsible for the operational management and oversight of 8 courses across two validation in collaboration with the Head of Education and Heads of Department, leading on curriculum delivery, quality assurance, curriculum design and teaching and learning and supporting the educational development in the college.  You will work closely with the Head of Education, and the Heads of Department to ensure that the BIMM Ethos and Education Strategy are implemented consistently and effectively across the different programmes.  This post requires a strong background as practitioners and educator, and have the breadth of skills and experience required to ensure quality and excellence in all aspects of their course’s performance.
