Tonos at Ardee Baroque - Celebrating 15 Years

Presented by Eamon Sweeney and Róisín O’Grady of Tonos, WinterSong is a concert of Christmas music from the 16–18th centuries for Voice, Lute, Renaissance and Baroque Guitars. The significance of the mid-Winter period transcends faiths and cultures and is celebrated in music across the globe. Music from William Byrd, Aodh Mac Aingil, the Dublin Lute books, and that most prolific of ancient composers ‘Anonymous.’
