The Motives: For the love of The Motives. Support on the Night from AK & The 47z, The Elephant Room, Ten Ounce Mouse

The Motives return to Wexford town with a show of which you gotsa go. The melodic chaos of the Motives is complimented by AK and the 47z who will sweep you off your feet with their sweet alt-rock ear candy. The Elephant Room will bring the hypnotic lo-fi indie noise while 4 piece indie outfit Ten Ounce Mouse show us why the hype is real. The 4 bands combined demonstrate a red hot Wexford born talent for song writing.

AK & The 47z are a 47-piece indie band that cherry picks band members from the audience when the player is required. Their type of music ranges from exuberant glam-rock to wall flower acoustic-indie.

The Elephant Room are a three piece indie rock band from Wexford. The sound they create is quite swarthy and fuzzy-headed. These players really sound like they've spent a lot of time lovingly crafting the bejaysus out of their songs.

Already gaining some wonderful attention, Enniscorthy indie pop/rock four piece Ten Ounce Mouse will no doubt excite for the evening's entertainment.
The group, consisting of Luc Power on vocals, Brandon Murphy on guitar and keys, Jags Denby Atkinson on bass and Michael O'Connor on drums, has already earned some serious reviews for their catchy songs, driving rhythms and fantastic melodies.

The lads draw influence and comparisons to the likes of Joy Division, The Pixies, The Smiths and The Killers and they can't wait to get back to the stage.
