Kids’ Own wishes to identify the need, potential and feasibility of a dedicated children’s cultural centre in Sligo, serving the region of Sligo County and surrounding counties of Mayo, Roscommon, Donegal and Leitrim. The feasibility study is listed as a priority action area within Sligo’s Local Economic and Community Plan. The scope of services required includes research of comparative models, consultation with stakeholder groups, an exploration of viability in terms of planning and finance models, sustainability and submission of a full written feasibility study.
