Ards and North Down Borough Council wishes to appoint an organisation or an individual to develop and deliver a Musical Traditions Programme to promote peace building. The project will research the history and traditions of bands/musicians and will capture an oral history through recordings, videos and interactive electronics. Music will be used to bring together a number of different types of bands and musicians to develop collaboratively, music written specifically for the project.
