Short Course Manager (Enterprise Department)

Salary: Grade D £31,640 - £35,840 (Inclusive of Inner London Weighting)

We are currently looking for a manager with creative flair and a passion for the arts to oversee and build our short course programmes.  

The Guildhall School of Music & Drama is one of the world’s leading conservatoires and drama schools. We have a cutting-edge short course offer across music, technical theatre and drama, which caters for a range of audiences – from the very beginner to the professional artist. 

We have big ambitions for the programme, and are looking for an exceptional candidate to grow our offer and engage new audiences; locally and internationally. 

You will have proven experience in event management and programming, as well as a sound knowledge in managing budgets and systems. You will also need to be excellent at managing relationships, working closely with colleagues as well as external artistic partners. In addition to your creative flair for course programming, you must also demonstrate an understanding of the Arts and Higher Education sectors and the business opportunities associated with these.
