ENO Baylis is the company’s learning programme and a core part of ENO’s mission and vision.  Through schools, youth, student and adult programmes, ENO nurtures creativity and skills, and develop new work inspired by operas on stage. They focus in particular on the secondary age group and on those who might not otherwise have the opportunity to access the arts.

Reporting to the Director of ENO Baylis, the Administrator will be responsible for the day to day running of the busy office, maintaining the departments’ administration systems and supporting the delivery of ENO Baylis projects and events across the whole programme.  They will also be responsible for project managing the ‘Baylis in the Balcony’ dress rehearsal scheme.
