Liverpool Hope University are looking to appoint two Lecturers/Senior Lecturers in Music, who will undertake teaching on the undergraduate BA and Major programmes in Music, as well as contributing to the MA Music and other provision. Candidates should have teaching experience, in Musicology, Music Analysis & Theory and Music Performance, and be able to contribute to the supervision of undergraduate (and where appropriate postgraduate taught) dissertations. The department would like to appoint one candidate within musicology, with a focus on classical music, and one within an area of music performance. The ability to teach in the area of popular music would be desirable.
