The Deputy Company Manager shares responsibility for the management of the performing ensemble and is the representative of Scottish Opera’s management at performances on tour.  Many duties of this role are shared with the Company Manager and Touring Manager to ensure the welfare of guest artists, creative teams, and a range of other performers, including children, and non-performing staff. 

The ideal candidate will have a high standard of numeracy and literacy, possess excellent organisational skills, be computer literate, and work well in a team.  Scottish Opera are looking for someone who is calm under pressure, and who will show energy and enthusiasm for getting things done and giving the best possible service to guest artists and the public. 

The position is based at Scottish Opera’s headquarters in Central Glasgow.
