The National Concert Hall (NCH) has a vision to be regarded worldwide as one of the great centres for music and a symbol of national pride for Irish people everywhere. We are looking for someone who is passionate about digital, music, and audiences, and there has never been a more exciting time to join us on this journey.            

In this important role as Digital Manager, you will play a key part in enhancing the NCH profile, brand promise and market position, creating opportunities for powerfully communicating the NCH’s objectives, programmes and activities to all audiences; oversee the management and execution of our digital strategy; and drive reach, revenue, reputation and engagement. You will have overall responsibility for nch.ie; take a lead role in planning digital marketing campaigns; and, input into the creation and delivery of engaging content.

A minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a similar role, with a proven ability in all aspects of digital is required. Exceptional attention to detail, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills required. Desired technical experience in content management systems/venue ticketing systems, working knowledge of SEO, google tag manager, social media platforms and HTML/CSS.  The ideal candidate will be able to think creatively and will be a self-starter who will thrive in working in a fast-paced environment. An interest in music or the creative industries is desirable as is business awareness and the ability to multitask. Educated to third level ideally with a specific focus on digital or related qualification.

This is a permanent and full time position with pension entitlements. Salary scale is €48,028 - €60,486. The role will be offered at the first point of the HEO Standard PPC scale at €48,028.
