The Burren Summer Festival of Memorised Music runs from 25th-28th August 2016 in Ballyvaughan, Clare with an exciting line-up of some of Ireland’s finest composers and musicians.

The headline event features legendary composer/accordionist Mairtín O’Connor performing new orchestrations of his compositions with Dave Flynn and the Irish Memory Orchestra. The concert also features Flynn’s acclaimed ‘Clare Concerto’ which highlights the individual and collective skills of Irish Memory Orchestra members including Mick O’Brien (pipes), Aoife Ní Bhriain and Liz Coleman (violins), Eimear McGeown and Aisling Agnew (flutes), Jack Talty (concertina) and the spectacular Bronze Age Horns of Billy Mag Fhloinn.
