Chamber Choir Ireland at Christmas: Unto Us A Child Is Born

Sunday, 16 December 2018, 8.00pm

Chamber Choir Ireland’s Christmas performances have become a well-loved tradition for many of our audience members. In this year’s programme, the centrepiece of the concerts is Tallis’s beautiful Latin Mass for seven voices based on the Christmas Introit Puer Natus est Nobis. It will also feature seasonal works by Arvo Pärt, Benjamin Britten, Herbert Howells and concludes with a grouping of traditional carols. Early booking is advised to avoid disappointment!

Mass Puer Natus est Nobis, Gloria—Thomas Tallis

A Spotless Rose—Herbert Howells
