18 hours / week (working 2 days plus flexible / weekend availability)
£702 / month (£18,720 FTE pro rata)
Duration: 12 months minimum - extension dependent on continued funding

Music:Leeds is looking for 2 Project Coordinators. These exciting new roles are key to the success of our new organisation, which has attracted funding to run an ambitious artist development programme alongside a series of events throughout 2019 and beyond.

Each Project Coordinator will work 2 days a week in our city centre office with occasional requirements for evening / weekend work to provide event support.

Responsible for the day-to-day planning and organising of a series of events and artist development opportunities, they will draft and publicise promotional materials, manage media campaigns and event bookings, liaise with venues, attendees, artists and industry professionals; all to ensure that our events attract the optimum audience, artists can take maximum benefit from our opportunities and all our offers meet their stated aims.

We are seeking candidates who:
· Are passionate about supporting new and emerging musicians and artists in the city;
· Are adept and experienced at working on multiple projects at the same time, balancing workload and prioritising effectively. Previous experience of managing a programme of similar type events is advantageous;
· Have experience of using digital platforms, such as Eventbrite, Mailchimp and Squarespace;
· Have experience of drafting promotional materials with strong branding and use of imagery to communicate and manage messages to a wide and varied audience.
