“Junctions – New Traditional Music Encounters” is a series of concerts organised by the group Buille and will feature some of Ireland’s most exciting musicians working at the cutting edge of the tradition in the intimate surroundings of the Green Room at Cork Opera House. The series kicks off with a trio of talented musicians with harpist Laoise Kelly, Cormac Breatnach on whistles and flute and legendary Tommy Hayes on the bodhran and percussion, all of whom have been at the forefront of traditional Irish music for decades.
