Harvard University is seeking an Administrative Manager for Choral Music.

Responsibilities include assisting with concert planning (15-20 performances per year), auditions, and recording production; serving as the primary contact for the choral program (media, prospective students, alumni), developing and implementing marketing, promotion, and communication strategies, representing the choral program at Office for the Arts (OFA) meetings, alumni gatherings, and local and national service organization convenings, external and internal grant writing and fundraising, coordinating the Holden Voice Program, managing large-scale performance projects, festivals, and residencies, and essential organizational tasks (curating the choral library, managing the OFA program budget, overseeing office and scheduling rehearsal space, managing the Director of Choral Activities’ schedule). This position provides organizational leadership for all management tasks associated
