MA Festive Arts – Scholarships & Funding 2015/16 Academic Year
The MA Festive Arts is a unique programme combining production, performance and the study of festivity and its role in society.
Our students include arts managers, festival producers, graduates from a range of backgrounds, those with a strong professional background in the field, festival performers and those interested in the scholarly and critical exploration of festival and society. Students work together on shared modules but design their own pathway through the programme which suits their own career goals. Students benefit from the dynamic environment at the Irish World Academy, contact with many musicians, artists and scholars, a broad range of internships hosts nationally and internationally, and the network of festival professionals associated with the programme, including ISACS (the Irish Street Art, Circus and Spectacle Network) and artists-in-residence Fidget Feet Aerial Dance.
The Irish World Academy is offering a range of Stepping Stones scholarships to EU and non-EU students. The closing date for the Stepping Stones Scholarships for Non-EU students is Friday March 13 2015.
The closing date for General Stepping Stones Scholarships is Friday May 29 2015.
