The Touring Coordinator reports to the Director of Artistic Planning and Touring. S/he manages logistics for all tours and residencies, scheduling master classes, radio appearances and ancillary events; creating and maintaining itineraries, coordinating air and ground transportation, accommodation, rehearsal and performance schedules, staging and backstage requirements, communicating with presenters, artists and artist managers. S/he also works closely with the CMS marketing department to provide support for CMS tour dates. S/he works as part of the overall CMS production team, acting as stage manager at residency concerts as needed, obtaining visas for all artists on foreign tours, providing general support within the touring department.
