MoLI is seeking an experienced customer service professional to join MoLI’s management team at a key moment in the museum’s development. The Visitor Experience Manager will have responsibility for leading a large team in the delivery of high quality duty management, ticketing, gallery management, audience welcome and engagement across all the museum’s activity.
