Working with the UM&B central team based in London and the 3rd party suppliers, the key responsibility of the Project Manager is to set up and manage small and medium projects which will involve the following:

  • Roll up of off-the-shelf solutions using the UMG music platform
  • Work closely with the UM&B team to understand the client requirements and align them with the existing platform when appropriate, providing them with advice on the best user experience to follow.
  • Provide support and identify suitable technical solution to respond to UMG Brand central team client proposals
  • Set up of new services for projects the existing platform cannot support using external suppliers/service providers by working alongside the Senior Project Manager
  • Plan, track and own project deliverables in accordance with UMG’s expectations
  • Liaise and manage 3rd party suppliers
  • Document requirements and acceptance criterias
  • Test and validate the solution including issue management (internal and external)
  • Attend partner meetings

The Project Manager will be required to have the following project management skills:

  • Project Scoping
  • Project planning
  • Requirements Management
  • Quality Assurance
  • Risk Analysis and Management, Contingency planning
  • Project Reporting
