This role is a management position, reporting to the Director, and is accountable for leading a team that delivers outstanding artistic and creative planning for the BBC National Orchestra and Chorus of Wales. You will lead the design and implementation of the businesses artistic programme for all concerts and will be responsible for engaging visiting conductors and soloists, together with the management of budgets and the artistic administration team.
