Since their debut as part of the National Concert Hall’s ‘Tradition Now’ series in 2015, world renowned musicians Caoimhín Ó Raghallaigh and Garth Knox have sculpted a uniquely personal soundworld that draws on a rich shared musical heritage, spanning a wealth of traditional, medieval and contemporary music. This collaboration draws on the “countless intersections that prick the edges of traditional and contemporary music” (Irish Times) and has received rave reviews in all of the limited performances the duo have given to date.
