The Artistic Personnel Manager’s purpose is to hire, and communicate information to OSL musicians for every service the orchestra is rehearsing or performing according to our CBA with the Musicians Union and according to the rules set out by musician committees.

In addition, the Personnel Manager is responsible for facilitating all chamber music schedules and the Mentorship Series.  The Personnel Manager attends all services by the orchestra and works as a member of the Production Department in the logistical needs of running all services.
