BT Sport Music are looking for a Music Assistant. As well as the duties listed below, you will have the chance to gain a wider understanding of sync and both music and television production.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be:
Clearing commercial tracks for broadcast.
Collating, completing and approving music cue sheets.
Creative – occasional ad hoc music supervision in support of the team.
Maintaining our social media presence with @BTSportMusic.
Music catalogue processing – uploading music to various databases, tagging and general maintenance.
User set-ups – registering producers on our bespoke music systems.
Clips – clipping up key music moments from our broadcast coverage.
Additional administrative support to Music team as required.

Requirements

– passionate about both music and sport.
– Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and multi-tasking are essential.
– Must be computer literate.
– A knowledge of music rights would be an advantage but not necessary.
