The BBC National Orchestra of Wales occupies a special role as both a BBC broadcast orchestra and the national symphony orchestra of Wales. The Orchestra is generously supported by the Arts Council of Wales and BBC Wales and is proud to work with an outstanding group of conductors including Principal Thomas Søndergård, Principal Guest Xian Zhang and Laureate Tadaaki Otaka.

There are three positions available: Section Principal Cello, Sub-Principal No. 3 Cello, Tutti Cello.
