Festival Coordinator

Festival Coordinator

Wednesday, 24 May 2017, 4.00pm

Following the highly successful inaugural Halloween Festival 2016 drawn from Ballybough, Sherriff Street and Sean McDermott Street, a Festival Coordinator is sought for the 2017 festival, which combines community engagement, the arts and youth projects, culminating in a street spectacle for citizens and visitors alike, to take place over Halloween 2017.

With a substantial number of arts and community projects operating in the inner city and with the vibrancy of young people engaged in their neighbourhoods, this Festival is an occasion for celebration and artistic expression.

This festival is overseen by a Steering Committee drawn from projects and organisations active in the area. This is an opportunity for a person of exceptional organisational and co-ordination skills, with energy and enthusiasm to be involved and contribute to a vital new force in one of Dublin’s oldest and most remarkable communities.
