Marketing Assistant, Classical

Overview: To provide administrative support to the Masterworks team (includes classical, crossover, jazz, soundtracks, musical theatre).
Responsibilities:
- Administrative tasks: answering general enquiries, ordering stationery and tickets, arranging meeting logistics, taking minutes, ordering couriers and bikes, booking travel arrangements and hotels
- Promotion tasks: provide support for the PR person by creating and sharing watermarked audio downloads, downloading and sending photos/ covers with appropriate credits
- Be an ‘ambassador’ for the department: meeting & greeting visitors, attending concerts, liaising with artists and managers
- Finance tasks: creating Purchase Orders and ensuring these are assigned to the correct project and budget
- Product admin tasks: gathering and formatting label copy, ensuring third party designers receive assets on time, proof reading and meeting deadlines
- Sales & release tasks: updating & distributing release schedule, preparing sales notes and supplying sales team with information, populating production information on retail websites
- Digital marketing tasks: updating social media, newsletters and playlists with relevant and engaging material
- Keep abreast of market developments, new technologies, market conditions
