RCS is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Artistic Planning Manager who will strengthen the Conservatoire’s position as a destination of choice for performing artists of the future, and as one of Scotland’s busiest performing arts venues.

You will be: responsible for managing and developing artistic planning for the School of Music and will contribute towards artistic strategy and planning across the Conservatoire, including School of Music public events and other high-profile internal and external performances involving music. The role will support the aspiration of the Conservatoire to extend the growing geographic reach of its programming throughout Scotland and beyond.

You will have: a music degree or equivalent professional experience as an events manager. An in-depth knowledge of music performance, repertoire and artists, and excellent communication and ambassadorial skills.
