Soprano & Piano - 6 Summertime Concerts

German-English soprano Lara Marie Müller is a student of the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, London, where she studies with John Evans. She will commence the prestigious Opera Course in September 2018. Lara has performed in such series and venues as LSO St. Luke’s, Song in the City and Milton Court Concert Hall and this summer, Lara made her debut at Garsington Opera singing the role of Papagena in Mozart’s The Magic Flute. She is grateful for the generous support of the Worshipful Company of Carpenters and The Mario Lanza Educational Trust.

Winner of the Irish Freemason’s Young Musician of the Year 2014, pianist Gary Beecher has been hailed by the Belfast Telegraph as a “subtle, sophisticated player” with “a maturity of both technique and interpretive outlook”. A native of Cork, Gary is now based in London, where he is an Artist Masters scholarship student, also at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. Gary is very grateful for the support of the Norman Gee Foundation and the Arts Council.

Lara and Gary will present a beautiful selection of songs, from composers including Schubert, Britten and Wolf.
