LCCA is looking for a highly engaging and enthusiastic Course Manager to Lead HNC/D and/or BTEC Level 3 Music (Performance).

The role will be based at the new campus the Music Box in south London. The site offers unrivalled resources for music, writing and technology, and includes a performance venue.

Qualified to degree level, you will have typically 2 years minimum, of leading and motivating a team of staff and a track record of teaching to a high standard. With direction from the Head of School, you will help develop curriculum, delivery teams and learning resources, and utilise quality processes effectively to ensure learners maximise their potential and achieve positive outcomes.

You will have sector or industry experience and will be able to evidence specialist subject knowledge in key areas. A strong understanding of the needs of learners and an overall desire to see them succeed is essential.

This is a challenging role for a highly creative individual who will bring flair and innovation to the role.
