Seamus Heaney Homeplace is hiring a Part-time Creative Learning Officer.

Purpose and Function of Post:

• To be responsible for developing, designing and delivering a creative programme of activities, by utilising the resources and objects within the Creative Zone aspect of the exhibition.
• To provide an exciting, hands-on learning experience which will facilitate the joy of engagement with Heaney’s literary works, in a warm, welcoming and nurturing atmosphere.
• To work operationally within the team, and contribute to an effective engagement, education and arts programme, through the delivery of a programme of activities utilising sensory experiences, which supports the Council’s vision, values and strategic direction for Seamus Heaney HomePlace.
