Violinist Gwendolyn Masin pays tribute to her multicultural background, calling attention to the musical traditions of Central and Eastern Europe and their connection and influence within the ever-changing world of classical music and traditional folk pieces. Accompanied by her six piece string ensemble she will perform a dance-inspired programme of works by Bartók, de Falla, Ravel, Sarasate, Bloch and more.
