The Royal Academy of Music is seeking to recruit a dynamic music professional to develop the Academy’s successful professional development activities. The Academy has one of the best track records of any UK HEI in destinations statistics and in peer esteem for successfully training our students for positions of influence and leadership in the music profession.

The successful applicant will work closely with a wide range of staff and students to develop and help deliver innovative and transformative initiatives to prepare Academy students for the challenges of working in a rapidly changing music profession.

You will have extensive professional experience in the music profession and have developed significant external links with the industry. You will also be an effective ambassador externally for the Academy, both within the music profession and the music education sector.
