Sunday, 4 February 2018, 11.55pm

You will provide technical support to ensure continuing excellence in the Centre’s services as well as demonstrating the skills necessary for live sound engineering for performances and confident, expert operation of recording studio facilities. You will manage and maintain the spaces and equipment used by the Centre and work closely with students and performers to deliver sound engineering demonstration sessions. You will also help generate material to be used to promote the Centre for Music via internal and external channels including social media.

This is a role which requires excellent customer relations skills as well as expert sound engineering experience and the ability to work non-traditional hours. In return you will be part of the hugely successful and ambitious centre which is delivering services across UWE and Bristol in the classroom and performance spaces. This is a job for a self-starter able to work independently or as a team and keen to develop your own professional profile and take advantage of UWE’s staff support.
