In Harmony Opera North seeks to deliver an inclusive programme of high quality music education and performance opportunities in order to encourage young people from all backgrounds to engage with the arts and, through doing so, deliver wider benefits such as increased confidence, aspiration, engagement with formal learning and an increase in parental engagement.

To meet the requirements of this multi-faceted role, the successful candidate will be a portfolio musician with string teaching experience. Alongside this, a focus on providing high quality music education for young people regardless of background is essential to the job. You will have excellent organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work well within a team.
