LSO Discovery, the orchestra’s pioneering music education and community programme is seeking a passionate and highly organised individual to join the First Access team, supporting the Community Programme. The programme areas covered in this role includes:

• Musical Inclusion – Creative days and concerts for young people and adults with learning disabilities; an outreach programme for day centres including staff training, open rehearsals and relaxed performances; partnership with other disability services and organisations. In conjunction with the LSO On Track Projects Manager and Community Projects Manager.
• Hospital programme – including work with under 5s, children and older adults and partnerships with clinical staff and play workers
• Family Days and Concerts
• Under 5s programmes and concerts at LSO St Luke’s and children’s centres/services
• General community outreach
