Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra is seeking applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Tutti Cello. This is a full time, contract position, open to musicians able to live and work in the UK.

Based in Poole, Dorset, BSO performs extensively across the South and South West of England, nationally and internationally and delivers an extensive range of education and community work through its acclaimed Participate department.

Auditions will be held at the BSO’s base in Poole on Mondays and Tuesdays during October.

Audition requirements:

• 1st movement of Haydn C major or D major concerto (without cadenza)
• 1st movement of a major concerto (without cadenza)
• excerpts – these will be sent to you if you are invited to audition
• sight-reading may be given
